What Help happens does:

I offer psychosocial recovery coaching for NDIS participants and anyone struggling with mental health who want support navigating life’s challenges in a safe, validating, and empowering space.

Together, we can explore:

• Growing confidence and independence

• Building daily living skills that feel achievable

• Supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health

• Understanding and navigating NDIS supports

• Creating and working toward meaningful goals

My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. We meet you where you are, without pressure or judgment, and we move forward at your pace. Whether you’re building routines, seeking clarity, or wanting someone steady in your corner, we are here to support you.

Our Journey Together.

This space supports you to explore your own journey — at your pace, in your way. Together, we navigate the supports available so you can build confidence, independence, and a sense of peace. Your choices, goals, and lived experience shape the direction; my role is to provide steady, respectful support as you discover what recovery means for you.

I’m Amy — a psychosocial recovery coach with a lived‑experience lens, a warm approach, and a slightly warped sense of humour that means I’m not easily shocked. I’ve walked through my own complex chapters, and those experiences shaped my commitment to supporting people with respect, empathy, and zero judgement.

Alongside lived experience, I bring formal training in mental health, psychology, and neuropsychology, plus nearly a decade living in the Middle East, humanitarian work, motherhood, and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and stories. I understand how tough life can get — and how powerful it is when someone walks beside you, not in front of you.

My role is simple: to support you to find your own direction, strength, and sense of self, at your pace and in your way.
